    Konstantin Zeuke - General Manager

    Konstantin Zeuke brings over 23 years of international hospitality experience to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, of which he spent 15 years with the Kempinski Group. His extraordinary career has seen him working for some of the most prominent hotels around the world, in countries such as Germany, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria, UAE, Egypt and Kuwait.

    Slim Zaiane - Resident Manager

    Slim Zaiane has joined the hotel as Resident Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise to the team. A graduate from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, with a Masters from Oxford Brookes University, Zaiane previously worked in numerous leading hotels in the UK. Prior to joining Kempinski, he was the Resident Manager at Al Bustan Rotana in Dubai.

    Sascha Seefried - Regional Director of Revenue Middle East

    Sascha Seefried facilitates a strategic approach to pricing and inventory management aimed at maintaining and developing local and international business. Having joined in 2010 from his native Germany, Seefried previously worked in Dubai. His firm knowledge of the local market and ways to work it makes him one of the team's most valuable members.

    Nasser Fawzi - Director of Sales & Marketing, Area Director of Sales, Arabian Gulf (U.A.E., Qatar and Bahrain)

    Nasser Fawzi has worked with Kempinski since the mid-90s at properties in the UAE, Turkey and Egypt. Fawzi’s deep understanding of the brand and region have enabled him to position Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates as one of the Middle East’s most iconic hotels. Fawzi’s little black book of contacts would be the envy of anyone in the region’s hospitality industry.

    Jacqui Brits - Director of People Services

    Jacqui Brits is known for creating a satisfied and driven team through excellent performance management and motivational techniques. Brits worked at Azadea Dubai and F1-X Theme Park, Union Properties, and her hospitality experienced was gleaned at Jumeirah Group, where she worked in a number of roles, including Director of HR - Corporate.

    Sudqi Naddaf - Executive Chef

    The first Jordanian Executive Chef to head the opening team of a five-star hotel in his home country, Sudqi Naddaf possesses the formidable experience of a 20-year culinary career – six of which have been spent at various Middle Eastern Kempinski properties. Chef Naddaf oversees the hotels’ entire kitchen operation, including banqueting, catering and room service.

    Obay Bahri - Front Office Manager

    Obay Bahri joined Kempinski in 2011 as Front Office Manager at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba. Bahri's work experience and education background allowed him to bring with him a wealth of knowledge in front office operations and management. He has a passion for teamwork and delegating efficiently to help his team members excel in their roles.

    Gerardo Gabat - Chief Concierge

    Gerardo Gabat is the face most guests associate with efficiency and service with a smile. Since 1995 Gabat has served in various senior Guest Relations positions in the Philippines and Dubai. A member of Les Clefs D’Or and the Union International of Hotel Concierge, Gabat has won numerous awards for not just meeting, but consistently exceeding guests’ expectations.

    Prasanna Rupasinghe - Director of Information Technology

    The award winning Prasanna Rupasinghe has more than 15 years of experience in IT Management – close to a decade of which have been spent with the Kempinski Group. His efforts in developing solutions that improve the efficiency of IT and hospitality business operations have won several internal and external recognition over the course of a very long and successful career.

    Jens Schuster - Director of Technical Services

    Jens Schuster has over 15 years experience in the industry, with multiple hospitality certificates accumulated over his career. Schuster has had many different engineering roles across a range of luxury hospitality brands in Asia and the Middle East. He brings with him a passion for developing environmental awareness and helping hotels become more sustainable.

  • Pamini Hemaprabha

    Pamini Hemaprabha - Executive Housekeeper

    With over nine years of experience in housekeeping operations, Pamini Hemaprabha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the hotel. She joined Kempinski from Fairmont in Cairo, Egypt where she held the position of Director of Housekeeping. During her tenure in Egypt she launched the Housekeeper’s Association in Cairo, a first for the country.

    David Nuenemann - F&B Manager

    David Nuenemann brings with him a strong F&B operational background, having worked over 14 years in Germany, the U.S. and the Caribbean. Nuenemann started his career with Raffles Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Hamburg in 1999, and quickly moved up the ranks in F&B to become the Acting Director of Food & Beverage at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.
