Conveniently located on the lobby level and designed by arguably the most creative restaurant designer of the 21st century, the Japanese design house "Spin", Spectra was immediately positioned as the most "happening" all day dining, multi-cuisine restaurant in the Delhi and Gurgaon region.

The energy and creativity emanating from five open and live kitchens, all of them in the middle of the restaurant, create an interactive and theatrical ambience that seems to pulsate throughout the entire hotel.

Against the canvas of these five internationally inspired kitchens comes an incredibly broad range of vegetarian and non vegetarian items, each dish complemented by a very extensive selection of premium and mid priced wines from around the world.

Spectra is open daily for breakfast lunch and dinner, but a loyal bunch of locals continue to disagree over whether the Saturday "Friends and Family Brunch" or the Sunday "Cristal Champagne brunch" is the best. Regardless Spectra creates an opportunity for friends and families to catch up in this vibrant and dynamic multi cuisine environment.
