Ever wondered what is going on down at Xinghai Bay?
Well so did we and we still aren’t 100% sure. Hearsay says it may be a sea bridge for transporting heavy construction materials, we also heard it will be a link between Binhai Road and the High tech zone, effectively allowing travelers to bypass Zhong shan road. Currently, it is still in the early stages of development but it is estimated that it will be completed sometime in 2013. Watch this space for future information!
