Membership offers the possibility of room or suite upgrade, food and beverage allowances, reservation wait-list priority, cash advance facilities and many other benefits from Kempinski and its partner organisations.

Most importantly, as a Private Concierge cardholder, you will be entitled to use the Kempinski Concierge Service and many hotel facilities for all your needs - anytime, anywhere, whether or not you are a current guest.
