He has participated in several promotions with ten chefs from different countries and has abundant experience in Western banquets, set menus, BBQ, a-la-carte dishes and outside catering. In the past six years, he has learned a lot of professional knowledge and valuable experience from working in international hotels and resorts, especially with reputable chefs. He has also designed various creative dishes. Not only focused on food quality, he also takes great responsibility in assets and human resource management.
