Natural pure water from the mysterious latitude of 30°

Kempinski Hotel Chengdu has replaced all the complimentary drinking water in its rooms with a famous local brand, which is named N30° and offers natural mineral water from Mount Emei.

The 30° latitude line runs through four major ancient civilizations and is both mysterious and strange. The bizarre Bermuda Triangle is near the line of latitude, as are the famous Egyptian pyramids, the fabled sunken city of Atlantis and the world's highest peak in Mount Everest. Whether by coincidence or some strange design, the 30° latitude line is an area of great import wherever it stretches.

The line at 30° latitude is not a normal strip of the Earth but is a place of miracles, including some incredible human civilizations. In the Chengdu Plain, Mount Emei is also located on the amazing latitude line at 30°.

Kempinski Hotel Chengdu has replaced all the complimentary drinking water in its rooms with a famous local brand, which is named N30° and offers natural mineral water from Mount Emei.

Mount Emei, with an elevation of 3,099 metres, is located 165 kilometres from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province. Mount Emei has drawn the attention of people since ancient times thanks to the phenomenal views it offers all year round.

Mount Emei is also known as one of the four primary shrine mountains of Buddhism in China and is a famous national park. The mountain stretches out for 23 kilometres from south to north and occupies an area of about 115 square kilometres. Viewed from afar, its eye-catching Da'e and Ere hills stand side by side in virtual symmetry, long and thin like the delicate eyebrows of a beautiful maid, which is why their names in Chinese literally mean "the charming eyebrow of a beautiful maid".

N30° natural mineral water from Mount Emei was taken from the mountain at a location that is 800 metres above sea level, in the area known as the Longmen geological protection belt, from a spring that rises through more than 2,200 metres of rare and ancient rock. All this rock has a filtering effect and as a result the water is of high quality, pure and natural. It is called pure water and has a taste that is clean, sweet, alive and moist.

Mount Emei is a world famous site, with a miraculous view for each of its hills and surprises every few steps. The site’s top scenic sights and experiences are sunny clouds over Loufeng Peak, evening belts at Shenji Monastery, clear sounds under the Twin Bridges, morning rain at Hongchun, the elephant pond in moonlight, an autumn breeze over Baishui Monastery, the Nine Sages' residence, the overhanging greenery of Linyan Rock, snow world at the Daping Monastery, Buddha's Halo, the sea of clouds, the gorgeous sunrise and the holy lamps.

Now, we warmly welcome you to join us to enjoy the natural and pure water from this mysterious latitude of 30°. Come to amazing Mount Emei and enjoy a cosy and pure lifestyle.
