The Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest is thrilled to introduce Tea Forté in its Lobby Lounge drinks selection as of March 2009.

Tea Forté® is a true innovator of the contemporary tea experience. The cornerstone of this visionary brand is its superlative teas, blended with nature’s bounty of luscious fruits, healing herbs and flowers. These teas are offered loose and in hand-crafted silken infusers capped with the signature leaf.
Tea Forté’s extravagantly delicious infusions are offered with a selection of graceful tea accessories, custom-designed to complement the bold tea flavors. Tea Forté offers white, green, black, oolong, herbal and red teas.

Peter Hewitt, acclaimed MoMA designer, founded Tea Forté in 2003 as a way to marry his love of the tea experience with his eye for functional design. Hewitt guides all aspects from developing richly textured blends that challenge typical tea flavor profiles to designing forward-thinking tea accessories.

The patented design uses an open-weave fabric and spacious pyramid design in order to amplify the flavors in the carefully selected whole-leaf blends. The infuser is capped with Tea Forté’s captivating signature leaf for a distinctive and memorable presentation. The distinctive tea trays, which act as a perfect host to a resting infuser, have been created to balance the Tea Forté ritual. Sleek presentation accessories, sculptural tea pots and cups complete the experience.
The Tea Forté is available by the cup at top restaurants, hotels and resorts across the United States and the world including Paris’ Four Seasons George V, Dubai’s Raffles Hotel, the Wynn Las Vegas and since March, in the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest.
