Consultant Practitioner – Deniz Susever

Deniz Susever began her journey in 1997, with alternative therapies, and the healing energies of Reiki. After being introduced to yoga as a guest she decided to go to Rishikesh and became a Yoga Instructor, and created Underwater Yoga.

Deniz had excellent training in India for Watsu (Water-Shiatsu), Tantsu (Watsu on land),Water dance (WATA), AquaReflexo, Integrative Massage, Ai Chi and Hypno Therapy (California Hypnosis Institute of India). The last eight years she has been a Vipassana Meditator. Deniz makes recommendations for you to choose the most suitable combination of therapies, such as Water Therapies, Reiki, Klang Massage, EFT, Hypno Therapy or Meditation to activate your self-healing process.


A fusion of water and Shiatsu, it is a form of body massage performed while floating in warm water. It combines the therapeutic benefits of warm water and Zen Shiatsu, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Meditation. WATSU can reduce pain, stress and fatigue.It can also induce the release of emotional issues and deep-seated traumas.

Watsu For Pregnancy

Pregnant women derive a special pleasure from Watsu, since the warm water relaxes lower back tension and soothes away pain and stiffness. No other therapy offers the profound relaxing weightlessness, alleviation of physical and emotional prenatal stress and anxiety. The warm water is safe and perfect for the unborn child. Both mother and child experience a new freedom and expansion benefiting both.

Aquareflexo is a new method of aquatic bodywork which consists in stimulating reflex points of all organs through Acupressure on the feet. The pressure points are less sensitive in water and the work on the body is more deeper than on land. AquaReflexo improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses. The energetic system becomes balanced and calmness is promoted.

Waterdance (WATA)

Waterdance is a form of aquatic bodywork like Watsu, it begins on the surface. Then the receiver is given a nose clip and step by step is gently guided under the water. The session incorporates elements of massage, dolphin and snake movements, rolls, somersaults, inversions and dance. The effects are physical release such as joint mobilization and can encourage deep states of relaxation.

Ai Chi Exercises

Ai Chi is a thermal aquatic exercise which combines Tai-Chi concepts and Qigong techniques. Ai Chi is performed standing in shoulder-depth warm water using a combination of deep breathing, slow and broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso. It is a perfect relaxation technique and it is ideal for creating improved range of motion, balance and mobility. Ai Chi has been successfully used with pain management, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, MS etc. and with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses and balance deficits. 60 minutes session


Meditation is the ability to hold the body and mind in a passive state where perception combines with intuition by minimizing physical movements, providing calmness but razor sharp thoughts and a tranquil but energized body. Meditation increases our inner peace by focusing our mind and strengthening physical calmness.

Klang Massage

Nepal’s traditional sound massage is applied with special bowls produced from an alloy of 16 different materials. Before the session she determines the chakras that she is going to work on. She will work on every chakra with their affirmation one by one. You will explore the self-regeneration and self-healing power of your body with sounds and vibrations reaching out to your body.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

EFT combines Acupressure and Affirmation Techniques which works by neutralizing disruptions in your body's electrical system,then stops the chemical chain reaction and frees you from emotional and physical discomforts. New or old emotional upsets, lifelong phobias, compulsive behaviors and unhealthy patterns can often be released in less than an hour!
