The last eight years she has been a Vipassana Meditator. Pregnant women derive a special pleasure from Watsu, since the warm water relaxes lower back tension and soothes away pain and stiffness. Both mother and child experience a new freedom and expansion benefiting both.

Aquareflexo is a new method of aquatic bodywork which consists in stimulating reflex points of all organs through Acupressure on the feet. The pressure points are less sensitive in water and the work on the body is more deeper than on land. AquaReflexo improves blood supply and promotes the unblocking of nerve impulses. The energetic system becomes balanced and calmness is promoted.

Waterdance is a form of aquatic bodywork like Watsu, it begins on the surface. Then the receiver is given a nose clip and step by step is gently guided under the water. The session incorporates elements of massage, dolphin and snake movements, rolls, somersaults, inversions and dance. The effects are physical release such as joint mobilization and can encourage deep states of relaxation.

Ai Chi Exercises
Ai Chi is a thermal aquatic exercise which combines Tai-Chi concepts and Qigong techniques. Ai Chi is performed standing in shoulder-depth warm water using a combination of deep breathing, slow and broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso. It is a perfect relaxation technique and it is ideal for creating improved range of motion, balance and mobility. Ai Chi has been successfully used with pain management, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, MS etc. and with neurological and orthopedic diagnoses and balance deficits. 60 minutes session

Nepal’s traditional sound massage is applied with special bowls produced from an alloy of 16 different materials. Before the session she determines the chakras that she is going to work on.
