The Neo-Renaissance building was developed in 1873 by Theophil Hansen as a hotel for the World Exhibition; during its history the Palais Hansen has since fulfilled various functions - until 2008 it was being used for office space.

The Kempinski Hotel Cathedral Square is situated in the heart of the city, opposite the Cathedral Square and next to the Presidential Palace. Kempinski Hotel Nikolskaya-Moscow

The Kempinski Hotel Nikolskaya is a complex of historic buildings at the corner of Lubyanka Square and Nikolskaya Street, which is currently under construction. When completed, the buildings will house the hotel, extensive SPA, fitness centers and designer boutiques. The historic facades are being preserved and the building will be fully renovated.
Only a stone throw away from the Red square, Russia's most famous department store GUM and the famous Bolshoi Theatre, the hotel is located at the heart of the Russian capital.
The luxury hotel will operate with extra-large 210 guest rooms inclusive of two Presidential Suites and many spacious Junior Suites. Our guest can choose between 3 different restaurants, a cigar lounge and a rooftop bar. The new 5-star Kempinski Hotel Minsk is to be built in the central part of the city overlooking the embankment of Svislach river. The hotel is part of a larger multifunctional complex of 82’280 m2, which will include a fitness centre and spa with an indoor pool, residences and A-class offices, as well as exclusive boutiques and shopping galleries.
